NumbersIntel is run by a single person, so email is the only channel — but it is read, and corrections are acted on.
Expect a reply within a few days. If you are reporting a wrong figure, the fastest fix comes from including the page URL and what you believe the right number is.
Corrections come first
Everything on this site is derived from published lottery data, and derived figures can be wrong — through a change at the source, a parsing mistake, or a bad assumption on our part. We have shipped corrections before and said so publicly: a bug in our own draw archive once made a fair game look statistically biased, and fixing it meant correcting an article that had already been published.
If a number here does not match the official source, the official source is right and we want to know. Tell us the page and the figure; we would rather fix it than defend it.
What else to write about
- Methodology questions — how a figure is calculated, what a model assumes, or why we decline to publish something. Most answers are already on the methodology page.
- Data and research — if you want to use our figures, cite them, or ask about the underlying archives.
- Press — happy to explain any of the analysis, including the parts where the data does not support a clean story.
- Something broken — a page that will not load, a stale jackpot, a chart that renders wrong. Include your browser if you can.
What we cannot help with
We are not affiliated with any lottery operator and have no connection to any official lottery. So we cannot check a ticket, confirm a win, process or chase a claim, or resolve a dispute with a lottery. For any of that, contact the operator that sold the ticket — they are the only authority on it.
We also do not offer betting advice or predictions, and we will not tell you which numbers to play. Draws are independent and no number is ever "due" — if a site tells you otherwise, it is selling something.
